CIA officials believe an audiotape message threatening the United
States is from al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, who warns that plans
for terror attacks are under way -- and also offers a "long-term
truce."
"The war against America and its allies will not be confined to Iraq,"
the voice on the tape said, adding that "Iraq has become a magnet for
attracting and training talented fighters."
"It's only a matter of time," the voice said, referring to attacks.
"They are in the planning stages, and you will see them in the heart of
your land as soon as the planning is complete."
CIA intelligence officials who analyzed the recording, which was aired
Thursday on Arabic-language network Al-Jazeera, said they believe the
voice on the poor-quality audiotape is that of bin Laden. Conservative
Party of Canada leader Stephen Harper is an American style neo-con who
seeks to emulate George W. Bush as much as possible. Stephen Harper has
already said that had he been Canadian Prime Minister back in 2003,
that he would have sent thousands of Canadian troops to Iraq. Its a
matter of when not if George W. Bush will launch a new illegal war with
Iran and possibly Syria in the coming months. George W. Bush has been
beating the drums of war against Iran and Syria in recent weeks and
months. It's only a matter of time, in fact, many believe it will be
before the end of this coming April that
we will witness American bombs and missiles pounding into Iranian
cities, killing untold
numbers of innocent men, women, and children in a new illegal war
without international
sanction.
George W. Bush and Stephen Harper are both obedient lackies of
multinational corporations, oil cartels, and defence contractors. The
terrorists who have who have carried out these murderous attacks in the
past are vile scum, but George W. Bush has inflamed the situation with
his greed, arrogance, and imperialism. Stephen Harper seeks to be the
George W. Bush of Canada. In fact, many American Conservatives are
drooling over the prospect of finally having an American stooge and
lackey like Stephen Harper to do their bidding.
Stephen Harper will put Canada well on its way to becoming a virtual
American colony.
If Stephen Harper becomes the next Prime Minister of Canada there is a
very high probability that not only will he sent Canadian troops to
help fight George W. Bush's next illegal war against Iran and/or Syria;
but that he will place Canada at extremely high risk for a terrorist
attack on our own soil. Just look at the facts. Despite George W.
Bush's propaganda which makes the absurd claim that the United States
of America was attacked on 9/11 because
of it's so-called "values of democracy, freedom and liberty" which
George W. Bush would have us believe "the terrorists hate", the fact
remain that the United States of America is hated and detested so much
all around the world because of it's arrogant, imperialist,
interventionist foreign policy. Let us not forget that the United
States of American gave money and weapons to Osama Bin Laden to fight
the Soviet Union in Afghanistan back in the 1980's. Let us not forget
that the United States of America gave money and weapons to Saddam
Hussien to fight Iran back in the 1980's. George W. Bush and Stephen
Harper rely on people having short memories.
The last 50 years of American dirty covert wars all around the globe
have spawned the short of rabid anti-American hatred that exists in the
world today. Terrorist attacked the trains in Spain killing hundreds of
innocent people back in 2004, because Spain sent troops to Iraq to
support Bush's illegal war there. Terrorists also attacked the subway
in Great Britain back in 2005, because Great Britain sent troops to
Iraq to support Bush's illegal war there too.
Have you noticed that Canada, France, and Germany have not experienced
a terrorist attack?. Why is that?. Perhaps because Canada, France, and
Germany opposed Bush's illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq and did
not send troops?. So much for the lies that George W. Bush and Stephen
Harper would have us believe about "the terrorists who hate our
democracy, freedom and liberty". These terrorists are vile scum who
have killed thousands of innocent people, but it's not because they
hate "democracy, freedom and liberty".
The following quotes from Conservative Party of Canada leader Stephen
Harper should
serve as final proof as to why voting for the Conservative Party of
Canada and it's legions
of American ass kissers is very dangerous for Canada. Don't forget, the
Conservative Party of Canada under Stephen Harper is not the old
Progressive Conservative Party of Canada under Joe Clark and Brian
Mulroney, who put Canada's national interests first and foremost.
The Conservative Party of Canada is the Reform Party/Canadian Alliance
repackaged and
rebranded.
Stephen Harper the Iraq War:
"I don't know all the facts on Iraq, but I think we should work
closely with the Americans." (Report Newsmagazine, March 25 2002)
"We should have been there shoulder to shoulder with our allies. Our
concern is the instability of our government as an ally. We are playing
again with national and global security matters.'' (Canadian Press
Newswire, April 11, 2003)
"On the justification for the war, it wasn't related to finding any
particular weapon of mass destruction. In our judgment, it was much
more fundamental. It was the removing of a regime that was hostile,
that clearly had the intention of constructing weapons systems. ... I
think, frankly, that everybody knew the post-war situation was probably
going to be more difficult than the war itself. Canada remains
alienated from its allies, shut out of the reconstruction process to
some degree, unable to influence events. There is no upside to the
position Canada took." (Maclean's, August, 25, 2003)
"The world is now unipolar and contains only one superpower.
Canada shares a continent with that superpower. In this context, given
our common values and the political, economic and security interests
that we share with the United States, there is now no more important
foreign policy interest for Canada than maintaining the ability to
exercise effective influence in Washington so as to advance unique
Canadian policy objectives." (Canadian Alliance Defence Policy Paper:
The New North Strong and Free, May 5, 2003)
"This party will not take its position based on public opinion
polls. We will not take a stand based on focus groups. We will not
take a stand based on phone-in shows or householder surveys or any
other vagaries of pubic opinion... In my judgment Canada will
eventually join with the allied coalition if war on Iraq comes to
pass. The government will join, notwithstanding its failure to prepare,
its neglect in co-operating with its allies, or its inability to
contribute. In the end it will join out of the necessity created by a
pattern of uncertainty and indecision. It will not join as a leader but
unnoticed at the back of the parade." (Hansard, January 29, 2003)
"While there are Canadians who oppose the invasion, Harper said, they
are a minority, as are those who are anti-American. It certainly
exists. But in fairness, there's an anti-American sentiment among the
American left in the United States itself. We have some of that here.
But that's a minority sentiment.'" only in Quebec, with its
"pacifist tradition," are most people opposed to the war, Harper
said. "Outside of Quebec, I believe very strongly the silent majority
of Canadians is strongly supportive." (Halifax Daily News, April 4,
2003)
"we support the war effort and believe we should be supporting our
troops and our allies and be there with them doing everything necessary
to win" (Montreal Gazette, April 2, 2003)
